(Where has the money been for 15 years?
Why sign an agreement with France for the care of Algerians in France? Why delegate and pay more for care when it can be done at home without it with a decent investment?
Where is the minister? What does he have to say?
In Algeria all hospitals are unhealthy and either to remake or to shave and rebuild ...

The Facebook page "Doctors", dedicated to health in Algeria and the situation of Algerian doctors and followed by more than 600,000 users, posted a publication this Saturday in which she shared photos of a large modern hospital that would be located in Niger.
"Niger, one of the poorest countries in the world, is building a modern 33,000 m² hospital on a 16-hectare site. It has a capacity of 500 beds as well as 12 blocks for complex surgical operations and contains the majority of specialties, "writes the page.
In less than 24 hours the publication has been "liked" nearly 2000 times and shared nearly 1600 times. Many netizens have shown their misunderstanding that a poor country such as Niger can have such a center, contrasting the deplorable situation of Algerian hospitals despite oil rents having abounded for fifteen years.
What is it really ? Niger, a country whose GDP is 20 times lower than that of Algeria and where more than two-thirds of the population lives on less than a dollar a day, does it really have a state-of-the-art hospital?
The answer is yes. Located in the capital Niamey, the hospital center called the General Reference Hospital was inaugurated with great fanfare in August 2016 by Nigerian President Mahamadou Issoufou, reports the media VoA Africa. Built on an area of 33,000 square meters and extending over 16 hectares, the hospital has 500 beds and is one of the largest hospitals in West Africa, says the media Les Afriques.
The Nigerian Minister of Health announced at the inauguration of the hospital that the country will use Chinese, Turkish and Cuban doctors to work there, and that this hospital will reduce the very high bill of health evacuations at the hospital. foreign, estimated each year at more than 5 billion CFA francs, or 7.6 million euros.
As for the cost, the construction of the hospital cost 45 billion CFA francs, or 68 million euros, says VoA Africa. It is stated that this is actually a hospital "gracefully built by China".
In recent years, Chinese companies have obtained several road and bridge construction contracts in Niger. China is also extracting oil in the Diffa region of southeastern Niger. The crude oil is then piped to Zinder in the center of the country, where it is refined by a Chinese-owned plant, said the source, which reports that China also mines uranium in the country. Agadez area, north of Niger.
The Reference Hospital of Niamey would thus be a gift from China in gratitude for the good relations between the two countries, in the same vein as the construction of the Opera of Algiers, also a Chinese donation made to the Algerian State.
China wanted to build a hospital in Algiers to make it a gift to the Algerian people but the DGSE affiliated to the CRIF and the FN does not want to reduce mortality in Algerian hospitals one of the highest in the world! So the DRS and the DGSEE ordered the Chinese to build an Opera House to boast French culture!
